The 2008-09 Yearbooks were a big hit!
Let's make next year's yearbook a success...begin taking pictures for the 2009-2010 yearbook. Pictures may be emailed to nfpyearbook@yahoo.com.

Retail Rebates
Retail Rebate programs are simple ways to make money for North Forest Pines Elementary School. Parents/guardians, friends and family near and far can participate–get everyone involved!

In 2008- 09, NFP earned $2047.80 with Box Tops for Education!
10,100 Campbell's Labels for Education points were used to order equipment for Field Day.
NFP earned $1,000 from the Target program.

Food Lion

Link your MVP Card with the “Lion Shop & Share Program” and Food Lion will donate a portion of the total grocery purchase to North Forest Pines. Visit http://www.foodlion.com/IntheCommunity/ShopAndShare/default.asp and follow the instructions to link your card to North Forest Pines PTA. Or you can call 1-704-633-8250 ext.3810 to link your card. If you do not have an MVP card, you may apply online under the “My Food Lion” side menu or at any Food Lion store.

Harris Teeter

Link your VIC Card with the “Together in Education Program” and Harris Teeter will make a contribution to North Forest Pines based on the purchase of select Harris Teeter brand products. Visit www.harristeeter.com “Community” tab, click on “Together in Education” and then click on “Link to Your School.” Any Harris Teeter cashier can link your card.

If you do not have a VIC card, you may apply online under the “Start Saving with VIC” link or at any Harris Teeter store.

Target

Link your REDcard with the “Take Charge of Education Program” and Target will donate 1% of REDcard purchases at Target and Target.com & ½% of Target Visa purchases elsewhere. You may link your REDcard at a store kiosk, www.target.com or by calling 1-800-316-6142.

Tyson ProjectA+

Clip “Project A+” labels on select Tyson products and send them in to the classroom. Tyson will pay North Forest Pines $0.24 for each label submitted.

General Mills

Clip Box Tops on General Mills products and send them to the
Box Tops for classroom or the central collection bin. Each label = $0.10 and
Education General Mills will pay North Forest Pines for each one!

Campbell’s

Clip product UPC’s or remove product Lids and send them to the classroom or the central collection bin. Visit www.labelsforeducation.com to view the MANY participating brands/products and whether to save the UPC or the lid.
UPC’s and lids are worth either 1 or 5 points, depending on the product. Points accumulate and can be redeemed for all types of merchandise for our school.

Rapid Refill
Place used ink cartridges in plastic bags and send them to school to be placed in the central collection bin. Rapid Refill at Plantation Point (beside BJ’s) will collect and pay North Forest Pines for these cartridges. It’s an easy way to recycle and make money at the same time!
